Another important component of outreach for me has been to host live Q&As, panels, webinars and seminars touching on overall use of our platform or specific features or best practices.
While I often host webinars on various topics, I also join as a guest speaker or panelists for virtual webinars as a company representative when requested. I often have been able to coordinate these webinars to pair nicely with topics we are conducting an outreach campaign on currently.
I have also spoken live at industry panels, answering questions about features and details of our company website. Public speaking is something I feel very confident in and enjoy.

When I speak virtually, I try to replicate the personal connection and authenticity that I feel when speaking publicly — asking questions of the audience, using quizzes, taking Q&A, and screen-sharing live are ways to help draw in the audience and help them feel focused and present in the moment.
