This outreach campaign was designed to educate users about account safety during the high-risk holiday season, a time when fraud activity peaks.

Modeled after the awareness efforts of financial institutions, the campaign utilized a mix of video content, custom graphics, and informative text posts to spread key messages across various websites and social media platforms. The goal was to raise awareness about the importance of secure passwords, recognizing phishing scams, and preventing involvement in fraudulent schemes

To maximize reach, the campaign launched on multiple platforms, with a focus on engaging users where they already spend their time. I strategically timed the launch during the holiday season, when online shopping and account activity are at their highest. Through clear, visually appealing graphics and concise messaging, we empowered users to take simple yet effective steps to safeguard their personal information. The result was a strong response from the community, with a noticeable uptick in security-conscious behaviors during a critical time of year.
